Loosening the Weight

Insert FAST TRACK™ tool into the screw. Grip the flag portion of the wrench and rotate counter clockwise approximately 3 rotations or until the weight moves freely (figure A).

Repositioning the Weight

Using the FAST TRACK™ tool or your fingers, slide the weight into position. To ensure proper securing make sure the screw is directly between the alignment dot and the location number (figure B).

Tightening the Weight

Once the weight is in position, insert the FAST TRACK™ tool into the screw and rotate clockwise using the stem portion until resistance is felt (figure C).

Using the flag portion of the tool,tighten an additional 1/4 turn clockwise (figure D).
