332 yard bomb wins Hot Metal UK Championship

Distance specialist Paul Glazier secured the Mizuno long drive crown with an impressive bomb of 332 yards at Plymouth's American Golf.

Pushed hard by golf new boy Gethin Walters, Glazier recorded the tours longest drive - and will collect his prize at the BMW Championship at Wentworth GC on Friday 22nd May.

Rob Jackson, UK Marketing Manager was impressed with the field, "Considering we measured the actual yardage using range balls, we were surprised to have 8 players breaking the 300 yard barrier."

With over 1000 big hitters taking part, we've also managed to prove that we've got a very serious performer in the new MX-700 driver."
