Golf WRX members choose their favourite ‘players’ iron
The Golf WRX community has been voting for its favourite irons of 2017 – with the JPX900 Tour taking top honours in the ‘Players Iron’ category. The JPX900 Tour was a clear winner with the site’s members, taking 14.76% of the votes. The model has also made a big impact on tour in 2017, with a number of high profile non contracted players putting it into play.
WRX member RH Jazz summarised the appeal of the JPX900 Tour.
“Mizuno JPX 900 Tour — weak in the knees from first look at the satin finish and compact size. Feel is excellent and there’s just enough forgiveness to get what I deserve. Many easy-to-order shaft options and excellent custom fitting sold me on the right fit without extreme up charges. I guess I’m less traditional but prefer the satin look. This is a club I love to practice with.”
