Mizuno Adjust Expectations with new JPX EZ Series

New woods and irons delivered into Europe

Mizuno’s JPX EZ Series will be shipping into Europe stockists and fitting accounts from Feb 1st.

The line is lead by Mizuno’s new generation of adjustable drivers and fairway woods – the first to put stability and forgiveness into the adjustability mix.  The JPX EZ driver uses a re-engineered Fast Track system with 3 simple weight settings – that allows the head to be as stable on off centre strikes as non adjustable models.

The JPX EZ’s quest to combine adjustability with forgiveness hasn’t impacted its use on tour – with Luke Donald and Chris Wood putting it into play without any contractual obligations.  New LET signing Amy Boulden is also playing the driver.

The larger footprint JPX EZ fairway wood continues Mizuno’s quest to marry adjustability with forgiveness – with more spin and stability than its counterpart the JPX-850.  The fairway wood is also available with a fixed hosel.  The accompanying hybrids (Golf Digest – Hot List gold medal winner) have also made their mark – with Luke Donald playing them continuously since April 2015.

Also delivered to Mizuno’s network of fitting accounts are the JPX EZ Forged irons – now infused with Boron.  Grain Flow Forged at Mizuno’s exclusive Hiroshima forging plant, the JPX EZ Forged uses a strengthened steel billet that allows the iron to add radically increased ball speeds to Mizuno’s renowned Grain Flow Forged Feel.

In addition to the Boron Forged is a ‘point and shoot’ JPX EZ iron (winner of Golf Digests 2016 GI gold award) with launch monitor busting ball speeds – using Mizuno’s re-enforced top line to control vibrations and closely replicate the feel of the Forged option.  The JPX EZ is also available in ladies colour option.

The JPX EZ irons are now available for fitting at Mizuno’s network of Swing DNA Fitting centres.  Sets are custom built at Mizuno’s Scotland factory and despatched within 5 days of order.  Mizuno recently announced that graphite shaft prices would be reduced to match their steel shaft prices from Feb 1.
